I assume they didn't set game to Public. I did similar mistake (which I fixed soon), for some reason "Draft" was default state. Or something like "Hide this file and prevent if from being downloaded" is turned on.
Noooooo!! I didnt realize it that when I was uploading :( thank you both for taking the time to look at the page I thought no one was going to see it lol, and sorry for messing up the game upload!!
